A Golden Opportunity. |
From a part time home business to a Million Pound franchise |
|
|
SelClene
is a Domestic Services Agency. You will provide personnel for various
services in the home; cleaning, ironing, and home help for seniors
while other services, such as gardening, can be added in rural
areas. * You will be allocated an exclusive area of 100,000 homes. * This is a recession proof business. Consider how many more householders now have two
people out working in order to pay for a home; neither partner has any
desire to come home and clean. Domestic cleaning is a growth
sector. |

a) The key initially is to get the GIRL marketing
material out. This means recruiting and supervising a team of
leafletters to the approved formula. Clients will then enquire after
the service. The Castle Call Centre handles all the incoming calls and
books you straight into an appointment. b) You visit the clients by appointment to sign them up. You must become proficient in the systems used, (contracts and paperwork) and familiar with the sign-up process. c) You must also ensure you have recruited sufficient cleaners locally. This will mean placing local newspaper adverts and newsagent cards using our proven marketing strategy for recruiting cleaners. d) Also it may mean dialling into the Call Centre computers and making follow up calls to workers on your worker enquiry database to book them in for interview. Mostly The Call Centre will follow up your worker enquiries but you should do so as well after office hours. e) You will be booked in to interview your cleaners. You will need to become proficient in the interview system, using the approved contracts, paperwork and training videos for cleaners. So on a typical day as a SelClene agent, you will be doing the following: 1. Recruiting leafletters via approved newsagent cards. 2. Monitoring response from the leafletters. 3. Doing some leaflet delivery yourself. 4. Visiting clients by appointment to sign them up. 5. Putting newsagent cards up for cleaners. 6. Local advertising for cleaners. 7. Interviewing and training cleaners using videos and approved paperwork. 8. Some telephone follow up of cleaners in your area to book them in for interview. |
|||
|
You must ensure you have enough cleaners ahead of recruiting clients. You have to be quick to offer service - in this business, speed is of the essence. So you need some cleaners lined up before you sign up clients. You will meet your
neighbours through National and Regional Meetings. You will read their
letters in the 'Letters Pages' of the Newsletter. |
